Catering - For Setting up Teppan yaki grill

Could you make sure that;
- it must be firm & flat ground at the setting up point.
- it must be easy access - no more than 2 steps, nor steep, nor a gravelled path, nor narrower than 85cm from unloading point to the setting up point (Our chef has to carry a very heavy Teppan yaki grill, approx. 200kg.)
- we need a space of 3 x 6m (10-19ppl), and for setting up.
- You need to prepare an alternative place (eg. a garage) in case of bad weather/condition on the booking day ( windy, raining).

Please note:
* We are not registered for GST.
* Payment method: Bank transfer or cash (we will send an invoice 3-4days before booking day)
* Our policy is we can accept changes for the number of guests up until 3 days before the booking date, but we will have to charge full amount after that according to the confirmed number of guests.
